A positive #Saturday for Phoenix SC teams in particular for our future. Our 1st division #Volleyball team, a team that includes a mix of young talented players and more experienced local and international players won their debut match against Mellieha VC. Their #handball counterparts, playing on behalf of #Hamrun lost marginally to La Salle HC, but our youths gave La Salle a run for their money.
In the meantime our handball U17 Boys won easily against La Salle HC whilst our senior men's team, Swieqi Yobetit Phoenix won their match against Aloysians HC and extending their unbeaten run to 33 games.
